Cleveland: The Peerless Motor Car Company, [1918]. Catalog. 10-panel folding brochure still stapled to its original protective card cover. Color title panel plus 4 color illustrations on the text panels; five panels of b/w photographs. The folding brochure is in excellent shape with almost no wear; the protective card cover is soiled. Peerless was in operation from 1900 through 1931 and noted for its expensive, high quality, luxury automobiles. The catalog's text notes that this model was in its second year of production (1918) and provides information about the the Eight-Cylinder Model 56's two ranges of operation, "Loafing" and "Sporting." The photograph panels show fifteen illustrations of five types of Model 56 (Seven Passenger Touring, Four Passenger Roadster, Six Passenger Sedan, Four Passenger Coupe, and Seven Passenger Limousine).
