No publishing date, but 1941. Regular size movie edition for the MGM film starring Spencer Tracy, Ingrid Bergman, and Lana Turner. Many (including quite a few dealers) confuse this relatively common Spencer Tracy edition with the earlier and far more scarce Paramount photoplay starring Fredric March. Has the somewhat hard-to-find dust jacket showing Spencer Tracy as Dr. Jekyll with a ghostly image of his evil alter ego, Mr. Hyde, hovering behind him. Tight binding. Pages supple but toned. Light cover wear; white spots on rear cover. Dust jacket has soiling and wear, heaviest along edges. Protected by an archival cover. See accompanying scanned image.
